When Derry Girls star Saoirse-Monica Jackson first met her future husband, DJ Hector Barbour (known professionally as Denis Sulta), it was in the midst of the pandemic. “One of our first dates was a walk along the canal by Broadway Market,” shares Saoirse. “It was that stage where there were vendors on the street, so we grabbed a couple of drinks and a bite to eat and basically just told each other our entire life stories.”
A few years later, Hector proposed during a trip to the beach in Donegal, when the pair were in their Dryrobes and Crocs.
