The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has issued a warning to its customers to "not eat" a ready meal from Farmfoods following a product recall.

This is due to prawns being discovered in a product labelled as chicken curry, resulting in the supermarket chain retracting its Ultimate Keralan Chicken Curry.

Specifically, customers have been warned to avoid the 400g packs with product code L550 and a best-before date of February 13, 2026.

The prawns are not listed on the packaging, as they were accidentally included in the meal during the manufacturing process.

This is a serious fault for consumers who suffer from crustacean allergies.
