Budget airline Wizz Air will fly from Glasgow Airport to the Italian cities of Milan and Rome with prices starting at £26.99 from October. The new routes will make the iconic destinations more accessible to Scots travellers. ‌

There will be flights weekly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and the move marks an expansion of the company's Italian network. The first flights to Milan will take off from Glasgow to Milan Malpensa Airport on October 27. ‌

Flights to Rome Fiumicino will also launch on that day and will also fly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Tickets for the new routes can be purchased from now on the Wizz Air website or their official app. ‌
