BELCHERTOWN, Mass. (WWLP) - Belchertown Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a black sedan involved in a hit-and-run crash that occurred last week.

Police say the incident occurred on Thursday, August 7th, at around 10:50 a.m. near 100 Mill Valley Road. A person was injured in a hit-and-run crash, which is believed to be a black sedan heading north on Mill Valley Road.

The vehicle has not been identified, and the license plate is unknown. The vehicle they are looking for would have significant front-end damage, including the windshield.

Residents are asked to review security cameras for the suspected vehicle and body shop owners to contact the police if they have had any repairs matching the description.
