Manitoba photographers Joey Siemens and Steve Hiebert are teaming up to help grow the province’s photography community, launching a series of immersive landscape photography workshops aimed at everyone from beginners to seasoned shooters.

The pair hosted their first trial workshop this summer, drawing about 15 participants who braved heat and humidity to learn new techniques in a stunning natural setting. “From hands-on shooting tips to golden-hour compositions, it was a day full of learning, laughter, and creativity,” Siemens said. The evening’s vivid sunset was the perfect reward for a long day in the field.
