The Prince and Princess of Wales have issued a heartfelt tribute to all of those who served and died in World War Two just hours after King Charles' address to the nation.
In commemoration of all those who fought and lost their lives, the King spoke to the British public today (August 15) in a pre-recorded message on the 80th anniversary of VJ Day, which is marked as the end of the Second World War.
The King's speech was around six minutes, with the monarch reiterating how he had "reassured the remaining veterans that they and their fallen comrades shall never be forgotten."
Prince William and Princess Catherine also issued a statement paying tribute to those who had been involved in the battle, with the future King and Queen writing: "Today, on the 80th anniversary of VJ Day, we remem
