The Stop & Shop grocery store in Provincetown, Massachusetts, was evacuated and temporarily closed due to what town officials say was a plumbing issue.

The town said in an update on Facebook on Friday morning that the store and the health department decided to shut the facility down to address "necessary repairs and clean up."

The town said there has been no product loss, but an industrial clean up for impacted floor surfaces is required. The floor cleaning company and a commercial plumber is on the way and the town said they will provide an update on when the store will reopen as soon as they can.
