PILGER, Neb. (KTIV) - The Stanton County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a cutting involving a knife Thursday afternoon, Aug. 14.

Deputies found two juveniles with injuries from a large butcher knife after arriving on scene. One of the injured juveniles, a 16-year-old female, was found holding the knife.

She and a 14-year-old male were treated at the scene by Pilger Rescue. The 16-year-old was transported to Faith Regional Health Services for further treatment.

A 22-year-old female identified as Kaylee Allen of Pilger was arrested and charged with Third-Degree Assault and Disturbing the Peace. The 14-year-old male was cited for the same charges.

The 16-year-old female will be charged with the following when she is released from the hospital:
