One person has died in a fire behind Lowe's in Milford, according to the mayor.

The fire is on Old Gate Lane in Milford, behind the Lowe’s, and firefighters responded around noon, according to dispatchers.

The mayor also said a firefighter suffered a minor injury and was transported to a hospital.
