BOARDMAN A man who caused a library branch to close temporarily after allegedly showing up with a sword and verbally threatening library patrons was refused entrance into the Boardman branch on Thursday.
Police were called to the library on Glenwood Avenue after the Library Director recognized the alleged suspect from an incident on July 25 at the Michael Kusabala branch of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County.
Police arrived at the Boardman branch, according to the police report, and stated that the suspect became argumentative with the officers.
The man was issued a written trespass notice banning him from the library, and he left.
The same person caused the Youngstown location to go on lockdown in late July, when, according to the police report, a man entered the
