NC nurse at center of WBTV investigation convicted of 16 felonies for forging complaints

SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, V.A. (WBTV) -- The North Carolina nurse at the center of a WBTV investigative series, Shattered Trust , was convicted during a jury trial this week on sixteen felony charges for forging numerous complaints against female colleagues.

Over the past twenty-five years, Keith Henry had been accused by nine women and children of assault. Despite that, he continued practicing as a nurse and then nurse practitioner for years across Florida, North Carolina and Virginia.

Shattered Trust uncovered how in each of those cases, Henry would deny the allegations. From there, police, prosecutors or jurors would drop the case or, in a 2003 Wake County case, find him not guilty at trial.
