PITTSFIELD TWP., MI — A former Ypsilanti city manager will serve one month on probation after pleading no contest in an embezzlement case.
Frances Marie McMullan, 57, was sentenced Wednesday, Aug. 13 before 14A-1 District Court Judge J. Cedric Simpson, who gave her a suspended sentence of 90 days in jail, according to court records. Suspended sentences are typically only served if a defendant fails to successfully complete a term of probation.
