BAY ST. LOUIS, Miss. (WLOX) - The Bay St. Louis Police Department and Mississippi Coast Crime Stoppers are asking for the public’s help in locating 27-year-old Mark Necaise.

Necaise is charged with the following:

Child exploitation

Secretly photographing for lewd purposes

Tampering with physical evidence (x2)

He is described as a white man measuring 6′5 in height and 240 lbs. in weight. He has brown eyes and brown hair. His last known address was in the Bay St. Louis area.
