BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — Starting Friday, waterfowl hunters in North Dakota can take to the fields for the early Canada goose season. But as more seasons open in the next few months, North Dakota Game and Fish (NDGF) has a tool that sportsmen and women can use to find land open for hunting.

There is now more than 44,000 new acres coming this hunting season, and you might find it in a paperback PLOTS guide. But the issue is, when new acreage comes in, some acreage comes out, and it's important to stay up to date, so you might want to consider switching to the new digital age for your PLOTS guide.
