ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A downtown Rochester salon is celebrating two milestones — a major expansion and its 10th anniversary in business.

The salon, owned by Joe and Anne Chesbro, has grown from 1,000 to 3,000 square feet on Exchange Boulevard. The couple marked the occasion Friday with a grand re-opening event.

“The idea that he's coming here is just gonna shine a light on just how great this area is, because I think there can be misconceptions about being in the downtown area and you know if you have a chance to look around it shows that it's just a great place," said Anne and Joe Chesbro, co-owners of the salon.
