CBP revokes visa of Mexicali Mayor’s husband during border inspection
On the afternoon of Friday, August 8, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers revoked and physically destroyed the visa of Dr. Luis Samuel Guerrero Delgado, head of the Baja California State Council for Accident Prevention (COEPRA) and husband of Mexicali Mayor Norma Bustamante.
According to the official report, disclosed by Mexicali journalist Jorge Heras, the 78-year-old physician arrived at the Downtown Calexico Port of Entry at 6:27 p.m., where he was referred to secondary inspection.
