SOUTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) - A portion of East Street in Southampton will be closed throughout the day on Saturday during the town's Celebrate Southampton festivities.

The Southampton Police Department stated that East Street will be closed to traffic from Route 10 to Clark Street on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Residents of this neighborhood, library patrons, those accessing the Southampton Police Department, and those attending Celebrate Southampton are permitted to access the area. Travelers should expect delays and seek alternate routes.
