A man was taken to hospital with a 'minor injury' following a collision on a busy road. Emergency services were called to Flixton Road, Urmston , following reports of the incident involving two vehicles this afternoon (August 16).
Police, ambulance and fire crews were at the scene where a man was rescued from one of the cars before being taken to hospital. The road was closed for a short while but has since reopened.
Police say that one of the drivers sustained a "minor injury" in the collision and has been taken to hospital to be "checked over".
