ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A Farmington man was indicted on an upgraded murder charge Thursday in the fatal shooting of Dreven ‘Dre’ Rawson.

A St. Francois County Grand Jury indicted Nathan S. Larson, 27, on charges of first-degree murder, two counts of armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.

According to Farmington Police, Larson is accused of shooting and killing 24-year-old Rawson in the morning of July 6 in the breezeway of an apartment complex in the 600 block of Hill Top Place Drive.

Family members told First Alert 4 that Rawson had been dropped off at the apartment complex to visit a friend and accidentally went to the wrong door.
