The Guatemalan government denied allegations made by U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi regarding the use of Guatemalan airspace for drug trafficking activities allegedly linked to Venezuela.

The Guatemalan Ministry of Foreign Affairs' statement came after Bondi, without evidence, accused the Venezuelan government on a U.S. television network of paying to create air bridges to Honduras, Guatemala, and Mexico.

The Foreign Ministry rejected such claims in a statement and noted that the country has strengthened its capabilities and international cooperation.
