YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Penguin City Brewing put on its first Pickle Fest on Saturday since putting a spin on the yearly event.

People packed into the brewery like pickles in a jar for the annual salty celebration.

"We did about 45 gallons of pickles and 10 different flavors, and we did whole, we did chips. I have a bread and butter watermelon chunks, and I have dilly beans," said Rhonda Baldwin-Amorganos, co-owner of local vendor Delirium Pickling.

Formerly known as Pickle Palooza, the brewery has spearheaded the event for the past few years.

With live music being the focus in years past, this year's fest focused more on making sure visitors got to enjoy as many pickle-flavored possibilities as possible with vendors' treats.
