OSHKOSH, Wis. (WBAY) - At the dedication of the Frank Schade Fieldhouse on Friday, Indiana Pacers point guard and Oshkosh North alum Tyrese Haliburton announced plans to donate $3 million to his alma mater.

Haliburton’s donation will span the next three years to benefit the school’s athletic department. Specifically, the money will go towards new scoreboards, video boards, a weight room, and the signage for the newly dedicated Frank Schade Fieldhouse.

“This community, this school means a lot to me,” Haliburton said. “I really cherish this place. I cherish the people within it as well, and I know I wouldn’t be where I am without this place. I think the sense of community is something that’s been instilled in me my whole life from my family and understanding not to forget where you come
