Francis "Frank" J. DelSignore CLIFTON PARK - Francis "Frank" J. DelSignore, 76, died Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at home with his family by his side. He was born on Thanksgiving Day, November 25, 1948, to the late Albert D. and Rose Russo DelSignore.

Raised in Watervliet, he was a graduate of the La Salle Institute, class of '66 and Siena College, class of '71. He worked at the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles from 1974 to 2003, where he met the love of his life, Grace, with whom he settled in Clifton Park in 1980. Among his noted achievements at the DMV was his management of the plate reissuance of 2001.
