BOSTON (WWLP) - Governor Maura Healey has ordered all U.S. and Massachusetts flags to be lowered from sunrise until sunset on Sunday.
Flags across Massachusetts fly at half-staff on Sunday, Aug. 17, to honor Senior Airman Jacob Foster-Cole of Norton, who died earlier this month, Gov. Maura Healey’s office announced.
Healey has ordered that both the United States flag and the Commonwealth flag be lowered from sunrise until sunset on the day of Foster-Cole’s interment.
Senior Airman Foster-Cole, who served in the U.S. Air Force, died on Aug. 3.
