First Atlantic Hurricane of 2025 undergoes eyewall replacement cycle, veering north over open waters.
Hurricane Erin, the first Atlantic hurricane of the 2025 season, has been downgraded to a Category 3 storm, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) announced Sunday morning.
