HOUSTON (KIAH) — A man was arrested and charged with stabbing two of his roommates in a north Harris County apartment, authorities said.

The incident happened Saturday night at the complex located at 17710 Red Oak Drive. Harris County sheriff’s deputies located two men with stab wounds and were taken to local hospitals.

One of the victims was unconscious and bleeding profusely. Deputies applied tourniquets and seals to both victims until the ambulances arrived. The 43-year-old victim is in critical but stable condition, and the 26-year-old victim is in serious but stable condition.

Investigators said that the three men were roommates, with the suspect and one of the victims were in a dating relationship. The two victims wanted to evict the suspect, and he did leave a couple of days ago.
