Detectives are searching for additional victims after a man accused in a series of West Los Angeles sexual assaults was freed on bond.
According to the L.A. Police Department’s case update released on Wednesday, 42-year-old Jean Junior Dar, also known as Jean-Que or “Que," allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted at least three men, all within the Venice and Santa Monica areas, earlier this year.
One victim, a 24-year-old man, told police that Dar drugged and assaulted him in January of 2025. As detectives began investigating the report, they discovered two other men — also in their mid-20s — had similar experiences with Dar.
“In each case, the victims stated they met the suspect at a bar, where he engaged them in conversation before inviting them to an after party,” detailed the LAPD.
