A general view of the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham.
A doctor who claimed he had been discriminated against after a heated row with another NHS medic at a Nottingham hospital has lost his case.
Sagheer Hanif became embroiled in a row over how his nephew was being treated at Queens Medical Centre in early March 2022, which later had damaging consequences for his job as a trainee medical practitioner in the North West.
Unsatisfied with the treatment his family member was receiving from the QMC doctor, an argument began between the two medics and the city-based worker later alleged she had been threatened by Dr Hanif.
He was then placed on restricted duties for several months while the incident was investigated by the police and his employer, St Helens and Knowsley
