It may be a good time now to get some new clothes and shoes whether it’s for back-to-school or for yourself. Tax Free Week kicks off Sunday in Connecticut with many different types of clothes and shoes exempt from having sale tax added.

“I’m a mom of six. I have five of the six going into the school system this year for the first time,” Cameron English of Middletown said.

For these mothers, there's a lot of kids to take care of.

“Clothes, shoes, lunchbox, backpacks,” Patwary said.
