SEABROOK — A Seabrook man is facing charges after multiple residents reported seeing him draped in an American flag displaying a rifle from an apartment window overlooking a parking lot at Rockingham Village Apartments.
William Parks, 60, was charged with felony reckless conduct, disorderly conduct and negligent storage of a firearm.
Police were called to Cimarron Drive at approximately 4:06 p.m. on Aug. 17 after witnesses reported seeing a man leaning out of a window at Building 114 with a rifle positioned toward the apartment complex’s parking lot. Officers responded immediately, confirmed the report, and secured the area.
