Aldi has revealed the locations of 23 stores across the country which it plans to make upgrades and improvements to by the end of the year. Within these plans, Aldi has further confirmed that two of the proposed stores set for renovations will be in Greater Manchester.

The retailer announced that many of its stores which are set for renovations will receive new refreshed fixtures as well as enhanced layouts and improved sustainability features.

The work is part of Aldi's long-term upgrade programme in which the store has renovated more than 500 of its UK stores with new layouts that offer more space dedicated to fresh and chilled products and brighter, wider aisles.
