The big news remains the Notre Dame quarterback competition. Coach Marcus Freeman talked to the media Sunday after the team’s so called jersey scrimmage and said they still could not name a starter. CJ Carr and Kenny Minchey will continue to battle it out for the job. How long will Freeman wait before a starter is announced?
