The Dysart Unified School District Superintendent Dr. John Croteau has professional goals of his own to meet while striving to help students and staff reach their full potential.

Governing board members approved the superintendent’s 2025-2026 goals and objectives as presented during the July 28 evening meeting at 15802 N. Parkview Place, Surprise. This school year, the superintendent will be evaluated on if he exceeds, meets or does not meet the following goals:

Goal A - Prepare every student, in all schools, with the knowledge and skills to achieve career and college success.

Goal B - Recruit, train and retain a highly qualified staff to cultivate a culture of student success.

Goal C - Ensure the Dysart Unified School District culture will be beyond reproach for a safe and secure envi
