Jaimie Gargas started his first day as the new superintendent at Flagstaff Arts & Leadership Academy (FALA) on Aug. 6 for the 2025-26 school year, where he will continue his 15-year educational career.

Gargas is originally from Iowa and found a love for art early on in his life. In school, he participated in theater, musical theater, music and stage craft — the technical aspects of theatrical production including lighting, sound, costume design and makeup. Copy article link
