An 18-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection with two acts of vandalism that caused tens of thousands of dollars in damage to the Stribling Center in Neshoba County, authorities said.

The Neshoba County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to the center on Road 402 on Aug. 5 after the building’s owner reported damage to the front double doors. Four days later, the building was vandalized again, with all windows broken out and part of the front brick wall pushed inward, causing significant structural damage.

A family member of the owner followed a suspect vehicle — a Ford truck with a Ranchhand bumper — from the scene to a store in Madden and photographed both the truck and its driver, investigators said.
