Due to the flooding of the Aragua and Chiquito rivers caused by heavy rains, the Monagas state government provided support to 24 affected families.

Governor Ernesto Luna delivered household goods to families who suffered material losses, responding effectively and promptly to the contingency plan implemented by the Bolivarian Government through the state's prevention and security agencies.

The delivery was made by the mayor of the Piar municipality, Mariángelys Tillero, representing the regional leader. She thanked President Nicolás Maduro and the regional leader for their effective response in securing the delivery and provision of household goods such as beds, mattresses, stoves, mats, washing machines, refrigerators, and other appliances.
