A former Penn State University student is wanted for raping a woman at his on campus apartment last year, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.

Abdul-Jabril Cooper, 19, is accused of raping a female student in his apartment at Penn State Abington in September of 2024, officials explained.

Cooper was a student at the school at the time of the incident and has since dropped out of the university, officials said.
