GAINESVILLE — UF center Jake Slaughter is everybody’s All-American, now including the prestigious Associated Press preseason team announced Monday.

Slaughter was named first-team AP All-America in 2024 , a surprise at the time, but also a sign of things to come. He entered last season a virtual unknown, but this offseason has been showered with recognition following his breakout season.

ESPN, CBS Sports and Sporting News also placed Slaughter on their first-team 2025 All-American teams.

If Slaughter lives up to expectations, he could become the Gators’ first-ever two-time AP All-America offensive lineman.
