A plea date was set in Chatham court Monday for one of two people charged in the death of a Tilbury man.

David Trealout, 35, had his matter come up in Chatham Superior Court.

He and Kimberly Price, 53, are charged with first-degree murder in the death of Henry Neudorf, 55, whose body was found in January 2024 on a rural road near Pain Court.

Trealout, who attended by video earlier in Monday’s sitting, wasn’t present for his matter, as his lawyer, Alison Craig, wasn’t immediately on hand when it initially was called and stood down.

However, she addressed the brief matter in her client’s absence, with an in-person plea date set for Sept. 12.
