Brantford daycare centre implements additional safety measures, reopens following bat incident
A Brantford daycare centre reopened on Monday after being temporarily closed following discovery of a dead bat that tested positive for rabies.
“This past week has been incredibly challenging but we’ve been overwhelmed by the support from the majority of our families as well as from Grand Erie Public Health and Skedaddle Wildlife,” Vicki McNabb, the owner of Creative Minds, said in a statement sent to The Expositor. “I want to thank all of our families for their patience and understanding.
