Engines rumbled through downtown Windsor on a sunny Friday night last week as the Ouellette Car Cruise returned for its 10th edition.

Vintage, muscle and custom cars rolled through the city core during the popular cruise organized by the Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association (DWBIA) .

“The Ouellette Car Cruise is a highlight of our summer calendar,” Downtown Windsor BIA chair Chris MacLeod said in a media release.

“It draws visitors from near and far, and it’s a wonderful opportunity for us to share our city’s storied automotive past while supporting local businesses and vendors.”

The tour through the streets of downtown Windsor traveled eastbound on Riverside Drive East to Pillette Road, down to Tecumseh Road East and back to Ouellette Ave
