CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — The final defendant has been sentenced in the North View shots-fired case.

On Monday, Harrison Chief Judge Christopher J. McCarthy granted a two-year deferred adjudication for Wyatt Lee Furner, 20, of Clarksburg, according to Probation Officer Heidi Leaseburge, for Chief Probation Officer Mike Burnside.

One of the suspects — the one who fired the gun — went to the Anthony Correctional Center.

All of the others received deferred adjudications. McCarthy presided over all five cases.

Assistant Prosecutor Gina Renzelli, practicing law in West Virginia the past 15 years, 10 as a state's attorney after serving several years as a civil litigator in California, presided over all five of the cases for Harrison Prosecutor Rachel Romano.
