OMAHA, Neb. —
A faith-based boxing group in South Omaha is looking for more space.
The club, which started two decades ago, has rolled with the punches over the years, and now, the group is countering a new block.
"A loss can also be a win," Servando Perales, owner of Victory Boxing Community Center, said.
From an old warehouse, trying to get kids off the streets. To this, a boxing group that carries a legacy everywhere they go.
"It is faith-based, a little different, not better, just different than all the other boxing clubs," Perales said. "A lot of people notice the difference."
His goal is to help kids dodge life's right hook.
"It was just really a call all my life, by God, to help get kids off the streets, share the love of Christ with them through the art of boxing," Perales s
