With the dog days of summer season coming to a close, the Madison Aquatic Center welcomed its furry friends for a special celebration on Aug. 17.

The MAC's annual Dog Days kicked off in 2022, with this year's event seeing 35 dogs of all shapes and sizes splashing about in the hot afternoon. Dogs chased balls, went down slides and even leapt from the diving boards, with members of the Madison High School Key Club, an affiliate of Madison Kiwanis, helping them wash up at the end.
