WEBSTER COUNTY, Ky. (WEVV) — Authorities in Webster County say they're looking for a missing woman.

The Webster County Sheriff's Office says the search is underway for 21-year-old Bailey Grace Smith.

On Aug. 16, a sergeant was called to the Teen Challenge Women's Center on Burnt Mill Road in Dixon for a report of a missing adult.

Smith reportedly walked away from the rehab facility around 10 a.m. that morning, without her phone, money, or required medication.

The sheriff's office says it's not clear which way Smith may have headed.
