PENNSYLVANIA, USA — Pennsylvania's Attorney General announced a settlement with a car dealership in NEPA for deceptive sales tactics.

Investigators say the Rosado Group inflated prices without customer knowledge and manipulated credit applications to sell more cars.

The group owns several locations, including Dickson City Hyundai, Lehighton Kia, and Performance Kia in Moosic.

Under the settlement, the group must pay $130,000 to the state, which will be given to affected customers.

The Rosado Group says the agreement includes no admission of wrongdoing, releasing a statement that reads in part, "Our customers are and have always been our top priority."
