The preseason USA TODAY Network Indiana high school football preseason poll is out.

The rankings, provided by sportswriters and sportscasters around the state, has defending state champion Brownsburg pegged as No. 1 in Class 6A, followed by runner-up Westfield at No. 2, Center Grove at No. 3, Lawrence North at No. 4 and Crown Point at No. 5. New Palestine, last year's 4A champion , is the top-ranked team in 5A. Other No. 1 teams are Bishop Chatard (4A), Evansville Memorial (3A), Adams Central (2A) and Providence (A).
