A violent thug was caught on camera attacking his screaming girlfriend before kicking her unconscious and leaving her in the middle of the road.

Thomas Jennings, 30, subjected the woman to the 'chilling' assault as he shouted at her to 'get in the car' in the incident on Harbreck Grove, Aintree, at around 11.15am on March 31.

Ring doorbell footage captured the victim screaming at Jennings to stop as he repeatedly pummelled her about the face before dragging her to the ground, the ECHO reports.
