DELAWARE COUNTY, Ind. — An allegedly intoxicated Kokomo man's outburst left a child injured over the weekend.

According to court records released Monday, police were called to the 2800 block of East 16th Street in Muncie around 8:27 a.m. Sunday. When officers with the Muncie Police Department arrived at the scene, they located Mark Scott II — a 31-year-old Kokomo man.

Police reported that Scott was wearing his pants backwards when they found him. They also observed that Scott exhibited unsteady balance and slurred speech.

After finding Scott, police spoke with other members of his family. Those family members indicated that Scott was extremely intoxicated and agitated.
