LAWERENCE COUNTY, Ohio (WSAZ) - A child known for his smile, and wild personality was remembered Saturday after dying as the result of a crash on Aug. 1.

Weston Cremeans was one of three who died after a crash along State Route 7.

“Heaven gained an angel, but we lost one,” said Katrina Alley. “He always smiled, he came to see me almost everyday.”

While Weston was in the hospital after the crash, his family made the decision to for him to be an organ donor. His family said his organs will help save eight lives -- his legacy living on in others.

“As bad as everything is, knowing that part of Weston will live through other children because of the organ donations that he gave, and the selflessness that Kayla and Chad gave to those children that are facing the same thing that they faced,”
